Ted Maines commissioned us to come and shoot a recent Winter Park remodel he had completed with R. Nursey Homes and what a remodel it was. The home originally was a mix of small pocket rooms and dark woodwork that were a testament to the building & design styles of when it was originally built.

Ted Maines and his team went to work pulling out interior and exterior walls for this Winter Park remodel, bringing in that much needed natural light that would transform the home. Add to the mix Ted Maines exquisite eye for interior design and you have a project that was going to catch peoples attention. A feature in Florida Design and an Aurora award later and I think we can all agree that this is one project that will be difficult to emulate.

Our latest shoot for the incredibly talented team down at Phil Kean Design. The project was to showcase the recently completed home remodel that the team had completed in Windermere in central Florida. No expense had been spared on the remodel of this home boasting a wealth of features from glass-front kitchen cabinets all the way from Brazil to a 10 ft pivot door that could open with a single finger. After two days of hanging out in this dream house, we came away with a tonne of portfolio imagery and a strong desire to tear out our own kitchens and replace it with this beauty.
